300 miles from one gate
Five states, six standing lanes, and a radius drawn by where our trucks already go rather than by what looks impressive on a map.

Standing lanes, not one-off trips
A dedicated truck sent to collect twelve empties loses money and emits carbon for no good reason. Instead we run standing lanes: the same truck that delivers reconditioned containers on Tuesday collects empties on the way back. Your pickup is free because it is already paid for by the outbound leg.
- Qualifying load is generally 12+ containers inside Illinois and Iowa, more at distance.
- Any count is free within 60 miles of the yard — we are going past anyway.
- Outside the radius we consolidate with other loads, or quote common carrier honestly.
- Shutdown and lease-end deadlines are scheduled against the date, not the lane.

Tell us the awkward truth and the load goes right
| Your site | What we send | What we need from you | Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Loading dock, dock-high | Flatbed or dry van | A booked window | Up to 48 |
| Yard with forklift | Flatbed | Somewhere to stage the stack | Up to 48 |
| Yard, no forklift | Box truck with liftgate | Ground-level access | Up to 18 |
| Tight industrial park | Box truck | Truck length restriction stated | Up to 18 |
| Farm, field entrance | Flatbed in dry weather | Which entrance, not the mailing address | Up to 48 |
| Gravel or soft ground | Box truck | Honest conditions, especially in spring | Up to 18 |
| Multiple sites in one metro | Flatbed, sequenced | The site list up front | 200+ per sweep |
- A dry run costs about three hours of lane time and roughly $180, and it is almost always caused by a site described optimistically.
- If a 53-foot trailer cannot turn inside your gate, say so. We would rather bring the box truck twice than fail once.
- Stage containers by height before we arrive. Mixed 275s and 330s in a stack halves what a trailer can carry.
- Have the declarations ready. We will not dispatch a load we cannot describe, and that is the most common reason a confirmed collection slips.
I am 340 miles away. Is that a no?
Not a no, just not free. We consolidate with other loads heading that way, or quote common carrier honestly — double-stacked empties travel long distances surprisingly cheaply.
Can you collect from a residential address?
Usually yes for small counts near Peoria, with a box truck and ground-level access. Anywhere a semi cannot reasonably go, we will say so before booking rather than after.
How far ahead should I book?
Five to eight business days on most lanes, three to five on the weekly ones, plus two or three days in spring. Shutdown deadlines are scheduled against the date instead.
Do you cross state lines with regulated residue?
Only where the paperwork supports it, and anything requiring a licensed hauler goes to a licensed hauler. We will tell you plainly when a load is not ours to move.
How a load travels

Empties double-stacked cage post over cage post, never bottle on bottle, with matching heights in every stack. Our damage rate across 2025 was 0.4% of containers moved, and essentially all of that was cosmetic cage scuffing on loads where somebody skipped the corner boards.
